We run 3.5" to 4.5" diameter billet through a 725 ton direct extrusion press.  This allows us to offer a large variety of shapes and sizes available to be extruded, all at precision quality.

Quality Extrusions uses alloys selection ranges from 3000, 5000, and 6000 series.

Finishing

Anodize finishing is available ranging from Class 1 and 2 Clear, Champagne (light to dark bronze), gold, blue, red, and black.

Powder coating of all colors is also available.
